Coronavirus: Ontario premier Doug Ford provides update on COVID-19 measures | LIVE

Ontario Premier Doug Ford is expected to make an announcement on Tuesday and discuss the province’s ongoing response to the COVID-19 pandemic. On Friday, Ford announced that there would be additional measures in place at restaurants and bars, including requiring people to remain seated at all times and keeping records of patrons for 30 days to allow for contact-tracing should a case be detected. Ontario reported lower than 100 cases of the novel coronavirus each of the past two days, with 88 on Monday and 91 on Tuesday. Four new deaths were also announced on Tuesday, bringing the provincial death toll to 2,792.
