Hurricane Sally unleashes torrential rains in US Gulf coast

Hurricane Sally has made landfall along the Gulf coast of the United States, unleashing torrential rain and 165km/h (103mph) winds. The Category 2 storm is moving so slowly it is likely to cause days of downpours and what is being called historic floods.
